Exchange & Returns Policy

Strictly no return, exchange or cancellation, with exception to the followings. 

Faulty or damaged Item

If the items were delivered in fautly or damaged condition, kindly email a photo of the faulty or damaged items within 3 days of receipt for verification and refund proceedings. 


Incorrect Item

In cases where incorrect items were delivered, please email a photo of the incorrect items within 3 days of receipt for verification.  Once verified, the incorrect items shall be returned - the return shipping fee incurred will be reimbursed.  Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn and with the original packaging intact.  The correct items shall be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned items with no additional charges. In the event that the correct item is no longer in stock, a refund will be made. 


Bounce Back Parcels

In the event of bounce back parcel, customers will have to bear the full cost of re-delivery. Any claims for bounce back parcels after 15 days will not be entertained.
